We wish we could accept all inquiries, but we can’t stress enough how we want to make sure those we are working with are taken care of, personally.

Each and every application is read by us to determine if we should work together. However, if we are unable to work with you for any reason, we will let you know and make a recommendation for another coach who we think will suit your needs better.

Our coaching structure is designed with the goal of making a healthy diet and exercise routine part of your lifestyle. The workouts are designed for anyone, even for complete beginners. You’ll start on a 3-day a week routine, then gradually progress to 4- and 5-day routines. What Happens After I Purchase Online Coaching?

When you purchase a Bring The Shreds Coaching Plan, you should receive a confirmation email. This email is to confirm your purchase and activate your account with Bring The Shreds. Once activated and logged into the members section, you will be required to fill out the questionnaire(s). This is to provide the Bring The Shreds team with all the information required to prepare your personalized plan/program. Information you provide will include (but not be limited to) your statistics, daily activity levels, food preferences and goal. Once you have submitted your questionnaire(s) allow Bring The Shreds 2-3 days to prepare your personalized plan/program.

Will My Plan Require a Gym Membership?

In order to follow a personalized workout from Bring The Shreds, a gym membership is highly recommend for the best results possible. However, a gym membership is not mandatory, as we do offer personalized home workout programs. For further enquirers home gym set ups or home gym equipment, please see our “Recommendation” page for more information.

Can Anyone Sign Up For Online Coaching?

Please fill out the questionnaire and schedule a call to see if you are a good fit. However, please understand that spots are limited. As Louis and the rest of the Bring The Shreds team are all online personal trainers, everything is done online. All that is required is an internet connection. All communication is also conducted via email. This applies for both Louis and the Bring The Shreds team.

How Does E-Mail Support Work?

If you are coached, Louis and the Bring The Shreds team both respond to all emails ASAP. Our response time varies but expect a reply within 8 hours. Although more often the not a lot sooner than that. Also just keep in mind our team is based in the Bay Area (PDT). Due to different time zones you may get a delayed reply when you may normally expect a more efficient one.

Will My Meal Plans Be Tailored to My Personal Requirements?

Absolutely! All meal plans and workout programs are personalized to the individual. Based on (but not limited to) each individuals statistics, daily activity levels, food preferences and goal. A complete macro-nutrient breakdown is also included with all personalized meal plans. So anything you dislike, cannot access, does not fit your budget or simply want excluded, can be! Bring The Shreds has countless vegetarian/vegan/gluten free and halal clients. We are used to working with a wide variety of clients. Each individual is taken into consideration and catered to accordingly.

Refund Policy

All sales are final — Since all meal plans are customized to each individual, there are no refunds even if you are not satisfied by the workouts or any other service offered. As a client there are NO REFUNDS for any reason, so please commit and stay on track with us. Once this purchase is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. By placing this order, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree, and accept, the terms of this refund policy.

What Are My Payment Options?

All you need is a Credit or Debit Card. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase you will be forwarded to the checkout where can enter your details.

Will Supplements Be Included in My Plan?

With regards to supplements, we like to leave them as optional extras. In saying that, highly recommended them. Supplements do work and can definitely provide that edge needed for results. But they are not mandatory for results, as a personalized meal plan and structured workout program are the most important things. So as to leave it open for the client’s own personal views, Bring The Shreds DOES NOT include supplements in the personalized meal plans. The exception being whey protein as we do see this as a staple item to any diet. As a note whey protein can be removed for selection just like every other food item. So although recommended as a staple item, it is still optional. Bring The Shreds does have a “Recommended” page for supplements as well as home gym equipment.
