Ingredients for pizza base:
1. Preheat a stove top pan on medium heat. Mix together the egg whites and coconut flour into a bowl. Pour mix into the stove top pan once ready. Cook until the top is all cooked (no more runny liquids) and then flip over and cook until both sides are golden.
2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Now place the "crust" onto a baking pan and add your pizza ingredients to the pizza (pizza sauce, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, Turkey Pepperoni). Top with Italian Seasoning & Pepper. Then place in the oven cook for 5 minutes. Cook until it’s golden.
3. Then take out of the oven, slice up and enjoy!
